I was commissioned by Ink Global to illustrate a variety of sambal dishes for Where Next?, Jetstar Asia’s bi-monthly inflight magazine. Featured in the May–June 2024 issue, the illustrations accompany an article on sambal culture in Surabaya, East Java, bringing visual flavour and warmth to the travel feature through detailed, ingredient-rich artwork.
