COTE Menu Collaboration

Commissioned to develop a series of palm tree–inspired illustrations for COTE’s Miami and Las Vegas beverage menus, this project translates each city’s atmosphere into a refined visual language.

The Miami series captures vibrant, sun-soaked energy through bold colour and fluid composition. For Las Vegas, the art direction emphasised neon lights and the city’s iconic nightlife - reflected through luminous accents, heightened contrast and a more dramatic tonal palette. Each illustration was carefully crafted to complement COTE’s contemporary aesthetic while celebrating the distinct identity of each location.

The final artworks were integrated into the live beverage menus across both venues.
